ALABASTER – Shelby Humane will present on 15e Annual Bark in the Park on Saturday, November 6, hosted by Alabaster Parks and Recreation at Alabaster’s Veterans Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will offer something for everyone, including food trucks, live music, local vendors, bounce houses, a costume contest and one of the favorite activities, the dachshund races. But perhaps more importantly, there will be adoptable pets in need of a home at the event.
Additionally, Shelby Humane will be offering a low cost vaccine and microchip clinic onsite from 9am to 11am. The cost of vaccines depends on the specific vaccine combination chosen. Cash and credit / debit cards will be accepted. All pet owners who attend the clinic are asked to keep their pets on a leash or in a transport cage.
