When his friends start to read them, Dean realizes that maybe it’s time for him to read them too.
Dean starts reading adult magazines in ‘The Club’
The last time the The good years, Dean was going through a crisis. After catching his best friend kissing a girl he loved, he wasn’t quite sure how to feel about it. When Dean tries to tell his best friend about it hurtful things are said. Still, by the end of this episode, they sort things out and it looks like everything will be fine. Now Dean is discovering adult magazines on ‘The Club’. I got to watch a screener from this episode and here’s what I thought about it.
You can read the principle of “The Club” here:
Dean stumbles upon “racy literature” and shares it with friends at school. When caught by the school principal, Bill and Lillian navigate uncharted territory as parents, and Dean learns that manhood isn’t all it’s meant to be.
Dean’s friends start reading adult magazines at the start of this episode. Dean decides to find his father’s hiding place so that he can share them with his friends the next day. Once he gets caught with them, the principal calls his father to chat. When Dean discusses them with his parents, his mother decides to answer all of his questions about things. The next day, Dean talks to a girl about what he knows now and things don’t go so well. As this episode draws to a close, Dean is given an important job when his parents decide to throw a party.
