The SPCA offers veterinary care at low prices: The Atlantic County SPCA Veterinary Clinic provides comprehensive, low-cost veterinary care to pet owners in financial difficulty. Applicants are selected based on their financial need and services are offered on a sliding scale. Composed entirely of volunteers, the veterinary clinic currently operates in a converted house attached to a mobile surgery unit at 334 Steelmanville Road in the Township of Egg Harbor. The establishment offers comprehensive services in medicine, surgery, dentistry, sterilization and wellness care. It is open Tuesdays, Fridays and one Thursday per month. Jersey Shore Pops Donates Concert Tickets to Cape-Atlantic CATS: A local animal welfare organization will benefit from the sale of 50 tickets to the upcoming Jersey Shore Pops ‘Celebration’ concert. The concert, featuring Pops musical director Linda Gentille, cellist Susan Elsayed and singer Jacklyn Buckingham, will feature Broadway music and classics, as well as spiritual favorites.
