Milford officials remind residents June is Dog Licensing Month


MILFORD — City officials are reminding residents that June is Dog Licensing Month.

Milford Town Clerk Karen Fortunati said all dogs over 6 months old must be registered and a late payment penalty of $1 per month begins July 1, 2022.

To obtain a license, dog owners must submit a completed application, proof of current rabies vaccination, proof of neutering or neutering, if applicable, and payment. Fees are $8 for a castrated female or male and $19 for an uncastrated female or male.
