GREEN BROOK, NJ – PetWellClinic has opened its second New Jersey location at Green Brook Plaza. The walk-in pet wellness clinic offers “high quality, convenient and affordable veterinary care.”
Clinic staff provide preventative care for pets, including vaccinations and exams, as well as care for minor and chronic ailments and lab tests for cats and dogs.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome at the clinic, 326 US-22, Suite 1B in Green Brook.
Veterinarian Marcella Springstead is the clinic’s primary physician, according to a news release. Springstead worked at Banfield Pet Hospital in Bridgewater for five years before joining PetWellClinic.
“Drawing inspiration from the rapidly expanding and highly popular walk-in clinics for personal care, PetWellClinic provides convenient and fast in-and-out services at affordable prices with extended evening and weekend hours. beyond those of traditional veterinary practices,” the press release said.
“Pet owners can get their pets treated when needed or when it best fits into their busy schedule. Services range from individual vaccinations or lab tests to wellness packages that include additional tests and treatments as well as a physical exam. The clinic places a high priority on transparency, from its straightforward explanation of services to a floor plan that always keeps pets in view of their owners.”
Jeanine Camporine, vice president of operations, said the clinic has teamed up with local pet-related organizations and other partners.
“We just attended Bark-BQ with The Pup Club Boutique and Dog Wash of Colonia; we sponsor the 5K Paws and Soles walk in aid of the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter; and next month we are going to ‘WOOF STOCK,’ an event to benefit Home for Good Dog Rescue,” she said in a press release.
The clinic is owned by franchisees Joshua Kovacs and Robert Huntington.
